With the submission of the application form for any Croker Golf System International Golf Schools (CGSIGS) conducted by Croker Golf System I realize that there is are certain risks associated with and inherent with the game of golf and I accept personal and sole liability for all such risks for myself including but not limited to health related risks.
Further I release the CGSIGS, the host clubs and the respective committee members, officers and employees from any and all liability for any event or consequence whatsoever in any way arising out of or relating to my entry or participation in the School and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions required. In the case of a medical emergency occurring during this School, I authorize a qualified medical professional to take all necessary measures in my treatment.
Disclaimer of Liability and Limitation of Remedy: The CGSIGS does not warrant the provisions of any facilities. Any disputes arising between the hotels, golf courses, it’s agents, employees, servants or contractors or any third parties and the attendee must be addressed with such third parties immediately while on site and is not the responsibility of CGIGCS. CGIGCS shall not be liable for any personal injuries incurred by the attendee. In no event shall CGIGCS be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
Availability: Sessions are limited to a 12 student limit.
Deposit/Payment: To secure your reservation, payment can be made via the internet on www.crokergolfsystem.com. Payments can be by Visa or MasterCard or PayPal.
Cancellation: If written notice of cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to the schools start date, a full refund will be made less $100 per person. Persons submitting cancellations between 1 and 14 days prior to the school's start date will forfeit deposits and the remaining funds will be issued back in the form of a CGIGCS golf school credit, to be used at a future date. |
