By doing the Drill for the very first time Rowan increased his carry distance by up to 30 plus yards and improved his accuracy in the process. He went from 158 yards carry to 190 yards plus in carrying distance Rowan felt it was less stress on his back, much more relaxed in his hands, arms, and shoulders and much more compression and fun
