Terms and Conditions May 13 -15

Terms and Conditions of Booking:

1. Payment Terms
Investment: Full payment is required upon booking to secure your place in the golf school.

2. Schedule and Deadlines
Start Date: The golf school program officially begins on May 13th 2026

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to May 13th 2026 to be eligible for a 90% refund of the investment.

Refunds are not available for cancellations after this date however replacements for this booking is possible.

No Show Policy: Clients who do not show up on the start date without prior cancellation are liable for full payment.

3. Performance and Delivery
Services and training will be delivered as scheduled starting May 13th. The company commits to providing the educational and golf system services as described in the enrollment brochure and sales materials.

If circumstances force changes in scheduling, clients will be informed at least 7 days in advance with options for rescheduling or credit toward future programs.

4. Exclusivity and Commitment
Upon payment, clients commit exclusively to the May 13-15 golf school sessions and agree not to transfer enrollment to other sessions without prior written consent.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
10% of the booking is non-refundable to cover administrative, travel and preparation costs.
Balance refunds are applicable only if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the start date.

6. Additional Terms

All payments must be cleared and confirmed for enrollment to be valid.

The company reserves the right to cancel the golf school with at least 14 days’ notice.

In this case, 100% of payments received will be refunded.

This agreement is governed by applicable laws and subject to modification only by written agreement signed by both parties.
